1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mbi666 ("mbi666", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at mbi666.app and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon.

mbi666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified to mbi666's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued on an unverified account may be withheld.

3Account Registration

To access mbi666's real-money gaming services, you must register an account by completing the registration process on the Platform. You agree that all information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number — is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Each individual may hold only one (1) account with mbi666. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. mbi666 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its absolute discretion, including where it suspects: fraud, money laundering, identity theft, breach of these Terms, self-exclusion violations, or any other activity that mbi666 deems contrary to the fair and lawful operation of the Platform.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

mbi666 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mbi666 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by mbi666 from time to time without prior notice. Players are responsible for ensuring they are aware of current transaction limits before initiating a deposit or withdrawal.

All funds deposited into your mbi666 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. mbi666 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from payment methods not belonging to the account holder will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks before processing. mbi666 aims to process withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet within 3 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX are typically processed within 1–3 business hours. mbi666 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (such as proof of identity or source of funds) before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity is detected.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

mbi666 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published at the time the promotion is offered. These specific terms form part of these Terms and must be read together with them.

General principles applicable to all mbi666 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real money and must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash;

6Gaming Rules

mbi666 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all software-based casino games. Live dealer games are conducted using physical dealing shoes, dice, and roulette wheels under the supervision of licensed studios. The outcomes of all games are final and binding once the game round is completed.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or game malfunction — mbi666 will endeavour to resolve the interrupted round fairly. Where this is not possible, mbi666 may, at its discretion, void the round and refund the relevant wager. mbi666 is not liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

mbi666 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed as a result of a system error, placed at odds that are manifestly incorrect, or placed in breach of these Terms. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors or system faults may have their accounts closed and winnings forfeited.

7Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mbi666 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any mbi666 content without prior written authorisation from mbi666.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mbi666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the mbi666 Platform.

mbi666 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mbi666 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on the Platform.

11Amendments to These Terms

All decisions by mbi666 regarding the outcome of games, bet settlement, bonus qualification, and account management are final unless mbi666 determines, in its absolute discretion, that an error has been made.
